The spiritual life of actors is being brought to the stage in High Windows Low Doorways, a multi-playwright project under the artistic direction of Paul Gilchrist and subtlenuance theatre.
I am one of the lucky playwrights who was gifted Helen Tonkin's story. I wrote a 'tender reminiscence of Helen Tonkin's botanist father, which stirs questions of God and Nature while she's on a desert pilgrimage.'
